If you don’t follow my Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media, you probably missed my big announcement about the future of my crime comedy series (with ghosts) set in Cornwall called Salmonweird.

I will self-publish the first volume of the book on 2nd September 2019. It’s available on Amazon Kindle. You may preorder the ebook version now, print copies available in due course.

What’s more, the books series has its own website at salmonweird.co.uk. I’ve set it up like a real rural village, please do hop over and let me know what you think!

That site will now be the main outlet for all content and news about the books. It is unlikely the books will get a lot of mention on the main site in future.

It may eventually become the outlet for all my fiction works if the site achieves what I hope it will achieve, and raises more traffic and interest in my fiction than this site which is now moving towards more professional content.

The main points from the announcement:

  • I have two sequels planned. The first is A Salmonweird Sleighing, a Christmas themed crime comedy. The second is provisionally titled Salmonweird TV. Further details will come in due course
  • Two spin offs are planned, set within the universe but away from the fictional village, the main character will be an incidental character from the first book.
  • The second spin off is a collection of short stories featuring events covering when the ghosts were still alive. It is likely this book will be free of charge

Thanks for reading and please do visit the new website!
